Now that's a heady combination, and the latest in a series of frivolous songs as performed by Jimmy Fallon's impersonations of serious musicians singing playful tunes, such as Bob Dylan performing the Charles in Charge theme, Neil Young performing the Fresh Prince of Bel Air theme, and Neil Young and THE ACTUAL Bruce Springsteen performing Willow Smith's "Whip My Hair."

It's no Stephen Colbert performing "Friday," but Fallon continues to be the earnest prince of late night.

Well that made me so inexplicably...happy.

You just sort of want to give him a hug and tell him it's okay, we all really do like him, because sometimes he feels like he's trying So. Hard. and still doesn't think it helps.

  • NateMan

    That's... Really accurate.

Would that make Craig Ferguson the king? Because if there's one thing that man is, it's earnest.

  • NateMan

That man is many things, earnest being only one of them. He warms the cockles of my heart. (Emphasis on COCK, cue Ferguson's creepy stare and theme music.)

It's ok, tomorrow's just your future yesterday!
