Today is not only Women’s Equality Day but also the 98th birthday of a woman whose too-often-overlooked contributions to science has had a profound impact on our understanding of the universe. To celebrate both, 20th Century Fox has released the video below, introducing the incredible journey and perseverance of physicist and mathematician Katherine Johnson.

For every share this video gets on this monumental day, Fox will make a donation to STEM EDUCATION. So helping this go viral is actual advocacy for young women. (Get on it.)

But that’s not all. Coming soon to a theater near all of us:

Johnson’s journey as well as that of her peers, mathematician Dorothy Vaughan and aerospace engineer Mary Jackson, will be explored in the upcoming biopic Hidden Figures, starring Academy Award-nominee Taraji P. Henson, Academy Award-winner Octavia Spencer, and genius musician Janelle Mone.

Check out its powerful first trailer below:

Hidden Figures will open in theaters everywhere on January 13, 2017.
