Bruce Jenner Awkwardly Confronts Jimmy Fallon About Plastic Surgery Jokes
Let me just preface this by saying that I don't know a damn thing about the Kardashian clan. I barely know who Bruce Jenner is (he was a Olympic ice skater, right?) and I'm still not sure how he fits within the Kardashian family (step-dad?), but I'm assuming that the only reason anyone pays him any attention is that association? Also, where is that family's source of wealth? Is it Jenner? Do Olympians really have that much money?
Whatever. I'm just showing my ignorance here. The point is, Jenner has been the subject of a lot of plastic surgery jokes on the late night talk shows (and for good reason, as you'll see in this clip). But I guess he wasn't that appreciative of it, so he came on to Jimmy Fallon last night to confront Fallon and allow him to apologize.
It's funny. It's a little awkward. And Fallon is in full-on uncomfortably maniacal laughter mode, but Jenner does make a decent point about using particularly unflattering photos to make fun of him (although, that point is rendered moot by his actual face.
The second part here is not as fun; if you're interested, though, it provides context, detailing the history behind the jokes.
