Want To See Kat Dennings Kick Thor's Ass? New Thor Clip

It’s interesting that this is one of the first clips to be released. It makes sense, since it’s early in the film, isn’t effects-heavy, and features a few of the main players together. It doesn’t give anything away. It’s also rather entertaining, even if it’s a little slapsticky. Anyway, here goes:
Yup. That was the god of thunder getting his ass whupped by Kat Dennings with a taser. I fully support this, mainly due to the fact that Kat Dennings is adorable. Hemsworth’s “Asgardian” accent, which is just a toned-down version of his natural Aussie accent, seems a little weird, but otherwise I like the little bit of levity. Obviously, this is the early part of the film, after Thor has been banished to Earth, de-powered by his father Odin (Anthony Hopkins) for being an arrogant dick, after his assault on the frost giants.
Anyway, there you have it. New Thor shenanigans.

First of all, theyre not Frost Giants. These are the Jotuns, from Jotunheim. They are only around 8 feet tall, and considered "giants' by human standards, not Asgardian. Some might say that there isnt a difference, but there is. Originally it was planned to have Thor fighting several 20-30 foot Frost Giants by himself, but they wanted to show the other Asgardian warriors, and to show the bonds Thor has with them. Hence the change to the simple Jotuns. But they are just as dangerous as a giant, possibly even more...
"Asgardian" accent is basically ol' English. And the only time I detected a trace of his Aussie accent in that scene, was when he said "Bifrost". From all the other footage Ive seen, hes spot on with the REAL Asgardian accent.
And this is for anyone that is going to say something along the lines of "Why doesnt Thor have a Scandinavian accent?". Thor is Asgardian, not Scandinavian. Look at all the various animated/video games/even occasional live action incarnations of Thor, he has the typical Asgardian accent, he was written to have it in the damn comics.
