My Business Is a Little Cloak and Dagger: "Breaking Bad" Season 4 Premiere Date and Trailer

Breaking-Bad-.jpg

When last we left our antiheroes, Walter White (Bryan Cranston) was doing some creative bargaining with his murderers-to-be and Jessie Pinkman (Aaron Paul) was about to kill the competition, so that Walter’s plan would work. Cliffhanger though it was, we know how that will pan out (to a certain degree), else the show as we know it would end. Now we don’t know exactly how Jessie and Walt will squeeze out of this, the umpteenth seemingly impossible situation in three adrenaline-fueled seasons, but we do know Walt’s heart will go on. (Ooh, that was bad.) Except, how much bargaining power will the boys gain, having pissed off Gus (Giancarlo Esposito) to the point that he put out hits on them both? Meanwhile, as soon as he’s back on his feet, Hank (Dean Norris) will be sniffing their trail again, Skyler (Anna Gunn) is way too involved in the family business and who knows when the next cartel psychopath will emerge?

Though there doesn’t seem to be new footage here, the trailer will remind you of why you watch this show; if you don’t watch, kick yourself in the ass and hop to it.

AMC will air late night episodes of “Breaking Bad” in its entirety prior to the Season 4 premiere date, Sunday July 17th at 10 pm EST. Season 3 will also be available On Demand, June 20 - July 17, in case you want to ramp up with a re-watch.

I just bought tickets to Belize yet this is the thing I'm most looking forward to this summer. I'm in love with this show. They had me at Heisenberg.

One of the most interesting things about the show is how Bryan Cranston's appearance has slowly changed from wimpy loser in the first season to total badass now. Thank you, Walt, for going far enough over to the dark side that you turned the crappy little mustache into a decent looking goatee.

love this show. would also love to see some serious consequences, i.e. the death of a main character. it's incredible that no one has been killed. they better get to it.

I've enjoyed this since I heard about it on NPR before the premiere. I've always thought "Malcolm's Dad" was underrated, but amazingly funny. But he shows so much RANGE...with a lip shift or an eyeblink he can express so amazingly much.

But yeah, put me on the "can't wait" list.

Season 3 JUST CAME OUT on DVD.

If we hurry, we can be caught up by July 17th.
