Here’s the trailer for Brother’s Justice. I’m going to sit back and let the trailer do the talking. And without injecting my opinion, I’m curious as to how many folks would see this movie.

Poll below.

Is that the emu? Is he about to peck someone in a violent manner? Can it be himself in an act of autopeckattack?

Now that's what I call The Social Network.

Posted by: schmerpes at October 27, 2010 10:33 AM

I, uh, don't know what I think. And therefore, could not participate in the poll.

Posted by: tamatha at October 27, 2010 10:33 AM

Mrs. Julien:

I was just thinking the exact same thought.

Posted by: PaddyDog at October 27, 2010 10:37 AM

That just looks stupid. I'm in.

Posted by: admin at October 27, 2010 10:38 AM

I'll watch this at home so I can leave the room to take a shit or stare at a wall when Ashton is on screen.

I hate him. A lot. Like, even more than Tim at work. And I REALLY hate that guy.

Posted by: Kballs at October 27, 2010 10:44 AM

Where is the option:

On a cable channel that I already pay for

Cuz I don't do no Netflix

Posted by: mswas at October 27, 2010 10:48 AM

I want to clarify that the movie we see in the trailer above I would only watch at home. However, the movie he's describing, with the ridiculous action and crystal meth, I'd watch in a theater.

Posted by: superasente at October 27, 2010 10:49 AM

So I Googled "brotherhood justice" to find out a little more about this film (and to see if that was the emu) and the first ten hits were all from radical Islamic sites. It seems this is a term they use quite a bit. If you guys never hear from me again, try Gitmo since I suspect the FBI is on the way to my door right now.

Posted by: PaddyDog at October 27, 2010 11:01 AM

I'm in.

Posted by: gunnertec at October 27, 2010 11:03 AM

Paddydog -

I did the same thing, but on IMDb so it was less jihadist and more "that's a lot of movies with the same title".

Posted by: Mrs. Julien at October 27, 2010 11:14 AM

Oi!

Posted by: Tim 'at work' at October 27, 2010 11:14 AM

Uh... Why the fuck would anyone NOT see this? This looks fucking ridiculous, by which I mean awesome for its absurdness.

Posted by: danny at October 27, 2010 11:17 AM

Dax Shepard beating up Bradley Cooper and John Favreua? Souns fuckign awesome.

Posted by: Taylor Kozakar at October 27, 2010 11:48 AM

this seems like an amusing 2-3 minute sketch comedy, but a movie? think SNL movies.

trailer was more than enough. amusing ended before the trailer ended.

Posted by: idleprimate at October 27, 2010 12:05 PM

It looks better than Orcs!, that's for sure. (Better more or less equals competent here.)

And I do like Dax Shephard, but if this were Sam Rockwell, I'd be salivating. Dax makes it a Netflix (specicially, Watch Instant). Rockwell would've made it a MUST SEE RIGHT NOW.

Posted by: RobP at October 27, 2010 12:20 PM

Before Parenthood, not likely, but now... hell yes. I love me some Dax Sheperd.

Posted by: Melissa at October 27, 2010 12:23 PM

looks freakin' fantastic.

but, then again, i really like joe don baker movies...

Posted by: theFatman at October 27, 2010 12:44 PM

Oh, Emu. You're so silly! Birds can't learn jujutsu.

Posted by: Lauren at October 27, 2010 1:56 PM

Here's my thought process:

1) Beginning of promo: Looks almost interesting, so I would probably watch some of this if I came across it on TV when I was channel flipping. Since that's not an option in the poll, I'll upgrade to "Netflix".

2) Ashton Kutcher sighting: Downgrade to "hell freezes over".

3) Tom Arnold gets punched in the face: Upgrade back to "Netflix".

Posted by: Three-nineteen at October 27, 2010 3:34 PM

@Melissa - My thoughts exactly.

Plus, this just looks like a good time. Except for Ashton, but nothing's perfect.

Posted by: Nicole at October 27, 2010 4:22 PM

Um, yes, I will see it. Because Bradley Cooper is in it. That is enough for me.

Posted by: Gabs at October 27, 2010 5:47 PM

Gabs - Remind me to send you a stuffed emu for Christmas.

Posted by: Mrs. Julien at October 27, 2010 7:15 PM

I would have voted, but the button for "not even if hell froze over and Nathan Fillion offered me three hours of head if I would watch it" seems to be missing. Mysterious.

Posted by: Jerce at October 27, 2010 7:30 PM

Dax Sheppard + Ashton Kutcher + Tom Arnold = Hellz no.

Posted by: Uriah Creep at October 27, 2010 10:10 PM

I can't believe you like money too.

Posted by: Lucas at October 28, 2010 12:34 AM

When hell freezes over.
I hate Dax for ruining Kristen Bell for me.

Posted by: Uda at October 28, 2010 12:46 AM

I'm pretty sure Disraeli knew Dax Shepard and this film would happen when he said: "A great person is one who affects the mind of their generation."

This will be our Casablanca.

Dear US von A,
Thank you very much for the blue jeans and the MTV. (Our Prussian cousins also say jawohl to the Hasselhof, we ourselves much prefer the Clooney.) Dank to you, we have on TV the Home Improvement, the Little Prairie House and the Desperate Hausfrauen. The Marshall Plan was greatly appreciated too, and we are proud to say we now have 3 Burger Kaisers in our country.
We would like to apologize for exporting the Schwarzenegger, but it was in honest retaliation for your "The Sound of Music".
There was really no need to start sending us the Kutcher. We have started world wars for less.
Best wishes,
Austria
