I don’t know who Lindsay Shaw is, but I get the impression that if I were a 15-year-old girl that giggles a lot, I’d probably be following Shaw on Twitter. She was the star of ABC Family’s “10 Things I Hate About You” (cute show), one of the leads in Nickelodeon’s “Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide,” and a recurring character on “Pretty Little Liars,” all of which fall well outside of my demographic. She now stars in Devolved, from the studio that also brought us Damon Lindeloff’s novelty obsession, Birdemic: Shock and Terror. I don’t know a damn thing about Devolved, except that Chris Kattan is also in it (oh, there he is!), but I confess that I adore the marketing angle presented in this trailer.

Devolved is screening this week and next in New York, D.C., and Boston. At midnight, in all likelihood.

Chris Kattan also stars on the ABC show 'The Middle.' He's the co-worker of Patricia Heaton.

It looks like MTV does Lord of the Flies.

Ned's Declassified was one of the better shows on Nickelodeon. Still silly and mostly physical humor, but I could watch it and not want to kick babies off a cliff to keep them from growing up into the kind of tweens that would The Suite Life of Zach and Cody on the air.

You are being sarcastic about that 'cute show' comment right?

Right?

I'm just going to put it out there... Ten Things I Hate About You was one of the only TV adaptations of a beloved film that didn't make me want to stab things.

Yes, Nick has cute(r) shows like Ned's and Alex Mack before moving to the unwatchable dreck like iCarly.

Pretty Little Liars is AWESOME and I stand by that. Just for the shiny, shiny hair.
