Cat Run Trailer: You Had Me At "Paz Vega"

Ah, I do enjoy a good “Hijinks Ensue” movie. You know, take a simple premise and follow it with “and hijinks ensue.” Such is the case with Cat Run, a film with a bizarre cast that combines several no-names or lesser-knowns, D.L. Hughley doing what appears to be his Boxing Helena impression, Shooter McGavin Christopher McDonald, Eurotrip’s Scott Mechlowicz (who apparently still doesn’t know,) and of course, Paz Vega.
Cat Run is directed by John Stockwell, who has one of the weirdest resumes I’ve ever seen — his directorial credits include Blue Crush and Turistas, two films I never expected to type into the same sentence. I don’t know that it looks good, but it kind of looks fun, which is its own kind of good.

Huh, boy is doing alright. I only see one problem with this project, I ain't watching anything with D.L. Hughley. Fuck that shit.
