"American Horror Story" Opening Scene
Creating "Nip/Tuck" and "Glee," Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuck have been responsible for some of the most depraved and twisted television of the last decade. And they made a show about plastic surgeons too. What? Don't judge me for picking the low hanging fruit.
But seriously, can you pick two more completely different shows from the same creators? And they're about to make it a third with "American Horror Story," which according to one site which got to see the pilot already is "a sex-filled gorefest." They certainly landed an interesting group of actors to fill out the cast. Dylan McDermott and Connie Britton star as husband and wife, and Jessica Lange is their neighbor. The family moves into an old haunted house and bizarre happening occur.
The first five minutes are up online, featuring none of those people:
See I can respect that. Damned gingers tearing up a nice old house like that? Soulless creatures got what they had coming.
