Who is that woman and what has she done with Saoirse Ronan?

The Host is based on the Stephenie Meyer novel of the same name, although I do love that the poster -- while attributing the source material to Meyer to draw in the Twilight crowd -- is careful to also highlight for the rest of us the fact that it was WRITTEN FOR THE SCREEN by Andrew Niccol, who is as hit-and-miss as they come (Gattaca, The Truman Show, Lord of War, In Time, S1m0ne.
