The Trailer for Baz Luhrmann's Great Gatsby Looks EXACTLY Like You'd Imagine Baz Luhrmann's Great Gatsby Would Look

The new trailer for Baz Lurhmann’s Great Gatsby has dropped, and I don’t even know what to say except that it’s even MORE Baz Luhrmann-y than one would expect. It’s been Moulin Rouged to the hilt, there’s contemporary songs (U2’s “Love in Blindness”) given a ’20s feel, there’s dancing, and shiny things, and smoking, and DiCaprio, and Mulligan, and opulence, and I think my eyeballs just jumped out of my head and gave each other a high five. I understand why it’s in 3D now.
If this is an Oscar grab, then THIS is how you grab an Oscar by its nuts.
