Unfortunately, it isn’t JGL or Jane Curtin, but he’s got two thumbs and a perma Bitter Beer Face:
Yes, former “3rd Rock From the Sun” cast member and full-time human/alien hybrid, French Stewart, will be featured in a guest role in the second half of the third season of NBC sitcom “Community.” Dan Harmon and Co. sure know how to get more eyeballs to look at their perpetual underdog TV show, don’t they? Sarcasm aside, Stewart’s role is as Vincent, the owner of a celebrity impersonator service that Abed is indebted to. Abed, making short film remakes of his favorite movies, with celebrity impersonators, which means we’re likely also in store for a return of the George Clooney Impersonator from the season two premiere.
Okay, maybe not, but even without that, the idea of Abed both being in debt and re-making (probably) genre classics, sounds like another contender for Best Of Ever episode for the series. Even if this is the last season of “Community,” I expect they’ll keep surprising us until the end. I can’t wait. Viva la Greendale!
