Kevin Smith, who promised us many month ago that he wouldn’t dribble out casting news and every little detail behind the production of Red State, as he’s done with his past films, is already breaking promises. And thank God, because where would we be without this magical fantastic sublime double rainbow awesome image he tweeted last night from the set of Red State. I’m, like, breathless. It’s staggering: Through this one image, you can almost see the entire film in your mind’s eye. Did I just shit myself? I did. I really did. I’m that excited about this image.

I think it's hypocritical of you to mock this movie-still, while proudly parading other movie stills from films you approve of. What, this movie still isn't a valuable or as artistic as other movie stills because the content is inferior or offensive? Oh, oh I get it. You don't like blond people do you? Or out of focus rooms, huh? I'll be you fly into a left-wing, elitist rage everytime you walk into a room that is slightly out of focus with blonde people inside.

Pajiba my blow hot and cold on Smith but he still has the diehards on his message board, Twitter and Facebook willing to go ass to mouth and shell out triple digits to hear him rehash the same ol', same ol'. I get the feeling he will be just fine.
