I swear to God, it seemed like just yesterday that Kevin Smith’s daughter, Harley, looked like this:

And now she looks like this.

And she’s also old enough to star in a movie with Johnny Depp’s daughter, who used to look like this:

And now looks like this:

The movie, called Yoga Hosers, will also star Johnny Depp, and Kevin Smith will direct it, though their daughters will play the leads in what is being described by Smith as a comic-book movie with female anti-heroes.

In addition to Harley Quinn, Depp, and Lily, the movie will also feature the cast of Tusk, Kevin Smith’s recently wrapped horror movie.

I can’t quite get a beat on Yoga Hosers, based on its description from THR:

Hosers, written by Smith, centers on 15-year-old yoga nuts Colleen Collette (Lily-Rose Depp) and Colleen McKenzie (Harley Quinn Smith), who have an after-school job at a Manitoba convenience store called Eh-2-Zed. When an ancient evil rises from beneath Canada’s crust and threatens their big invitation to a Grade 12 party, the Colleens join forces with a legendary man-hunter from Montreal named Guy Lapointe (Depp) to fight for their lives with, according to the producers, “all seven Chakras, one Warrior Pose at a time.”

I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt, but 15-year-old yoga nuts in a movie set in Canada (no offense) starring Johnny Depp as a character played Guy Lapointe?

I’m wary.

The production company CEO, however, was sure quick to call the film out as a “female superhero movie” that the world has been aching for.

Yeah. But this?
