I bring this to you because I know many in Pajiba land enjoy the Joss Whedon. Me? I like Joss just fine. But I think I may kinda love his half-brother Jed. Jed and his girlfriend, Maurissa Tancharoen, who were co-writers of Joss’ Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog have put out a little drink-and-pills inspired video and, well, I like-a sushi too, tee hee.

Too. Much. Goodness.

And vegan pasta is shitty.

Posted by: Dustin Rowles at October 6, 2008 4:28 PM

Vegan pasta is shitty and soy-based.

Plus: They did this while trashed? Can I please be friends with them forever?

Posted by: Macafee at October 6, 2008 4:44 PM

They might would appreciate my "shrimp & grits" song and dance.

mmmm.....shrimp & grits.

Posted by: wsapnin at October 6, 2008 4:45 PM

SNORT! hehehehe

Posted by: BWeaves at October 6, 2008 4:48 PM

Okay i totally have sexual crushes on the both of them now. Luca Brasi, indeed.

Posted by: jamiepants at October 6, 2008 4:53 PM

That was hi-larious! And now I'm craving sushi. Darn you Seth. Oh, and I'm anti vegan lasagna too. Of course, I'm off lasagna in general, so perhaps my opinion cannot be trusted in this area.

Posted by: tamatha at October 6, 2008 4:55 PM

Si, burritos y tacos ES muy bueno!!

Posted by: tt_marie at October 6, 2008 5:07 PM

I love them. I insist on a three-way. NOW.

Posted by: marebear at October 6, 2008 5:11 PM

SON muy buenos? Or even Son muchos buenos?

I just don't think Estar is the verb for the job.

Oh yeah, and this is why I don't drink anymore. Spontaneous outbreaks of stupidity.

Posted by: Lindsey at October 6, 2008 5:15 PM

I don't sound that good sober - gods I envy sublimely talented people.

Posted by: funtime42 at October 6, 2008 5:50 PM

I want to be their girlfriend.

Posted by: AdaHaze at October 6, 2008 5:55 PM

Is it wrong that I want to adopt both of them? Even though they're older than me. That's not weird, is it?

Posted by: Joker at October 6, 2008 6:40 PM

all of my friends will have you to thank for me spreading this to the far corners of their minds...we're all foodies

Posted by: VinKong at October 6, 2008 6:48 PM

What? No comments on how well those two harmonized? Drunk? That alone is worth some manner of acknowledgement...

Posted by: Che Grovera at October 6, 2008 6:59 PM

That was not just influenced by booze...I smell a hint of ecstasy. Brilliant nonetheless.

Posted by: Ginger at October 6, 2008 7:18 PM

Oh. My. God.

I love them so much. Although, I love Maurissa more. She reminds me of my cousin, who is adorable.

too too cute.

Posted by: Anna von Beaverplatz at October 6, 2008 7:23 PM

Wow. Just wow. I would totally even eat soy-based lasagna just to hang out with them. And whatever they're on. Paparazzi Yahtzee!

Posted by: hersheygirl at October 6, 2008 7:29 PM

Umm, it was mildly amusing but mostly stupid. Man you people are desperate for friendship and attention. Sheep.

Posted by: Andy at October 6, 2008 7:39 PM

you know how in Little Women laurie is in love with Jo but then marries Amy cause as he lovely puts it, he just wants to be part of the March Family?
I feel the same about the Whedon family. and in full Pedo-Laurie style I'm gonna wait for the youngest one to get legal. which is gonna take a bit but, hey, I really don't have anything better to do.
Yes Joss I'm talking about your son, get ready.

Posted by: rio at October 6, 2008 7:58 PM

The lyrics, the harmonies, them being reasonably in tune and on the beat...so damn original, so very well-done..there's just something about the Whedon boys and just how well they entertain that's very endearing, and Ms Tauncheron is much much more than just a pretty face. I loved the line about shitty vegan lasagna!

So, my Monday doesn't suck so much anymore! (Although if I come across a chihuahua I'm still gonna punt.) Less snarly, more gnarly.

Posted by: lordhelmet at October 6, 2008 8:30 PM

Aw, it wouldn't be a parade without someone trying to rain on it, would it, Andy?

Awesome across the board. Amusing, silly and fun.

Posted by: Saint Saturn Sunshine at October 6, 2008 8:50 PM

mmmm.....shrimp & grits.

I think there's a place down the street that has that. You recommend?

Posted by: Jay at October 6, 2008 9:05 PM

Oh man. Are they looking to adopt?

1 x University Student looking for a good home. Cooks, cleans, well-mannered, is great with children. Will sing for food!

Posted by: Boom Kitty (previously Cookie) at October 6, 2008 9:41 PM

Seize her, and bring her to me! (if you wanna stop and snag Felicia Day along the way, I'm down wit it)

Posted by: The Kilted Yaksman at October 6, 2008 10:31 PM

Man, this is sort of a massive endorsement for the Whedon DNA and offspring raising method. Think they're willing to donate DNA?

Posted by: megaera at October 6, 2008 11:32 PM

What is it with Californians and In-N-Out? The burgers are dull and the fries are just nasty.

Posted by: Lucas at October 7, 2008 12:37 AM

i want them. pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease?

Posted by: jo tunes at October 7, 2008 8:00 AM

Jay, shrimp & grits is the bomb.

I had some New Orleans style low country s&g last week at the beach in NC, almost like a jambalaya but with grits instead of rice. YUM! Sometimes you can get it creamy/cheesy style. DoubleYUM!

Anyway it comes it's crazydelicious.

Posted by: wsapnin at October 7, 2008 8:55 AM

love her. love her big time.

Posted by: Darlene at October 7, 2008 10:46 AM

This isn't quite what I pictured as "the weird stuff", still surprisingly awesome. I think I'm falling for "Groupie #1."
