Look upon it and despair.

Oh Yes! The Menemene aliens in the pink corner!

Okay but I'm a little freaked out by the depth issues going on with Amy Adams and the man hand coming out her armpit. That's awkward the likes of which not even her stunning adorableness can make me ignore for long.

Other than that, yes, adorable.

Fact: most cranky situations can be diffused by stating that we're all acting like Statler and Waldorf. Try it.

Hey, I guess I'm alone here, but I do not give a flying fuck about this Muppet movie.

Posted by: John G. at July 28, 2011 2:59 AM

You're not alone, a lot of people have no soul.

Posted by: Arran at July 28, 2011 3:42 AM

For the good of humanity, John G., you must be killed.

Posted by: Shane at July 28, 2011 4:17 AM

If only you'd remember that 15 minutes from now, Shane.

Also, I don't know about all of you guys, but when I see a spam comment promising that I can do something "more easier", I click that link right away.

The poster makes me feel a bit claustrophobic, but it is cute indeed, Amy Adams in particular is adorable. Btw, will people ever manage to get 'Its' right??? (hint title hint) Growing concerned.

Posted by: nora at July 28, 2011 7:51 AM

Are they trampling Sam the Eagle? Isn't that like stepping on the American flag? Are they going to have to BURN SAM? What kind of sick, twisted, pinko movie is this?

Posted by: Mrs. Julien at July 28, 2011 8:28 AM

Adorable! I love it! I cannot wait to see this.

Posted by: Sassafrass Green at July 28, 2011 9:41 AM

I feel the urgent need to procreate so I can schlepp some offspring to the cinema and watch this. It's either that or kidnapping.

Posted by: cinekat at July 28, 2011 10:07 AM

I'm down with either of those. I'll have my people get you my information.

Posted by: Socrates_Johnson at July 28, 2011 10:12 AM

Man, the Muppets are so much fucking cooler than the shit the kids have today.

Posted by: Todd at July 28, 2011 10:36 AM

Clearly you have not seen my namesakes show The Penguins of Madagascar. It's not an entirely barren wasteland out there.

Posted by: Mrs. Julien at July 28, 2011 11:01 AM

I feel the inexplicable need to make love to a redhead on a pile of felt.

Posted by: AmbroseKalifornia at July 28, 2011 11:22 AM

So is Amy grabbing Jason's butt? The would explain the look on his face. Surprised, but not displeased.

Posted by: Socrates_Johnson at July 28, 2011 11:25 AM

Am I the only one concerned that they killed Kermit and turned his corpse into the "M" in the title? Who made this poster, Ed Gein?

Posted by: Craig at July 28, 2011 11:27 AM

I'd like it more without the stupid-looking humans.

You have muppets. Why do you need those other dorks ruining the poster?

Posted by: Figgy at July 28, 2011 11:29 AM

Btw, will people ever manage to get 'Its' right??? (hint title hint) Growing concerned.

nora, you're not the only one concerned since the title is correct. Please explain from whence [its'] comes. Its is the proper possessive form of it.

Posted by: ed newman at July 28, 2011 11:33 AM

Its - The possessive form of the pronoun it
It's - A contraction meaning "it is"

I'm unaware of any other similar forms of the word.

Posted by: Socrates_Johnson at July 28, 2011 11:39 AM

C'mon, it's time to play the music and light the lights already!

AUGH!!

Posted by: Green Lantern at July 28, 2011 11:47 AM

My childhood memories consist of a whole bunch of watching, loving and dang near wanting to be a Muppet so I am very much looking forward to this movie's release date.

The poster is, however, kind of awkward-looking so I shall just be content with re-watching the trailer until the movie is released.

Posted by: smijca at July 28, 2011 12:04 PM

My only concern: this movie could have too much focus on the humans and not enough on the Muppets.

Posted by: DarthCorleone at July 28, 2011 1:23 PM

I have such fond memories of The Muppet Show, this is a definite must see.

Posted by: daria at July 28, 2011 1:29 PM

ed newman: At the time of my comment the title was misspelt (it was it's instead of the correct its). Sorry for the confusion.

Posted by: nora at July 28, 2011 3:02 PM

I think that poster is kind of adorable.

Posted by: Sage at July 28, 2011 8:18 PM

Yaaaaaay!!!

Posted by: Poptart at July 28, 2011 8:48 PM

Aaaaaah! I'm so excited!!!!

I love, love, love Muppets, Segel & Amy Adams!
So happy :)
