When’s the last time we featured a trailer of a movie you’d actually want to see? How unexpected, particularly given that I’d never heard a goddamn thing about I Sell the Dead, which is about a graverobber (Dominic Monaghan) facing the guillotine, who reflects over his life of crime with a priest (Ron Perlman) the night before. It’s written and directed by a relative unknown, Glenn McQuaid. It’s release date is listed only as 2008 on iMDB, and Box Office Mojo doesn’t even have a listing for it. So, who knows when it will come out, or if it will ever see a wide release, which is a damn shame.

I absolutely MUST see this movie!

I don't know what kind of weird cultural zeitgeist I've plugged into, but this makes yet another time I've written a story or novel and then shortly thereafter discovered there was a movie or book dealing with the same subject or idea. Last year's NaNo was about a few grave robbers working for a ressurectionist...who occasionally sent the last body they'd brought him to answer the door.

I literally just did that flutter hands dance of excitement in my seat... at my school library. Thank Godtopus I have headphones on and can pretend I don't notice the people at the other monitor staring at me like I totally deserve for my social ineptitude. I think I may also have made some kind of noise.

Anyway the movie looks good is my point.

I'll admit that I don't usually watch the trailers you guys post because normally I'm at work where my 'puter has no sound. But I did watch this one. I couldn't resist the Perlman/Monaghan/Maybe-Zombies. And it looks awesome.
