“Well, Joel Silver came onboard the project and said that he has a quote-unquote ‘formula’ for these quote-unquote ‘buddy movies’ and it has to be a white guy and a quote-unquote ‘ethnic guy.’ And they relieved me of duty and basically paid me off, which I was really upset about, you know? I didn’t get a call from Stallone. I was a little upset about that. Why the hell is everyone complaining about the white guy crying racism thing(which I don't believe I read in there anywhere)? I find it more insulting that they have an idiotic formula that, besides being done to death, already has a white guy guaranteed part. Also, making sure they're getting a white and ethnic mix is their main focus, not, "Hey, let's find some actors for this movie."
