Ok, this is fucking fantastic. Y’all remember Gremlins 2, right? And you remember the meta-scene where the projector breaks down and the film burns up? Good times. Well now a dude has gone and updated it for the digital age, so instead of film melting, we have electronic Video On Demand going all wonky. And what happens then, having been put together by a fan with a measly budget of a few grand, is pretty f’ing great (hopefully the copyright hounds don’t take this down before you get a chance to watch):

You have no idea how happy Gremlins in the morning makes me. I got that warm and fuzzy feeling. Sniff...when are they gonna make a new Gremlins movie?

That's done really well, and the expertise and dedication of those guys is very evident. But I see no need to enjoy it again and again. Just like a Rush album.
