Get Your 'Hannibal' on: The 13 Hour Devour Is Now in Session

There are only five more days until we get to see that glorious Hannibal fight between Mads Mikkelsen and Laurence Fishburne in its entirety. Oh and by the by, that fight is the result of both actors separately mentioning their previous fight training to Bryan Fuller, who was so delighted with the result he decided it had to open the second season. We won’t talk about how many times I’ve watched the Season 2 trailer, or stared at this door-slamming gif:

NBC has decided to turn binge-watching to their advantage, promoting a suggested “13 Hour Devour” which began today at noon (Eastern). If you’re joining in the party, remember to tweet @NBCHannibal with #13HourDevour—you may win prizes or get access to “exclusive content.” There will also be a live Q & A with Hugh Dancy; tweet questions #QforHugh. And you can go here to download scripts and follow along (H/T Emmalita).

I started my re-watch late last night, and it took no more than one minute to fall immediately back in love…even though Mads doesn’t show for at least fifteen. If you’ve yet to watch, do yourself a favor and get in on the feast right now. Hannibal, Season 1 is available on DVD/Blu-ray and Amazon Prime.

Cindy Davis, (Twitter) may be slightly obsessed.
