Alan Ball brought a “gift” to Comic Con, this delicious preview of the rest of True Blood, Season 3. It seems as if Eric has had more than wanton desire in mind all along, when it comes to Sookie - same as Mr. Bill. We have been wondering what the great attraction is to Miss Stackhouse and I think we’re going to get at least a hint of the answer. Meanwhile, the blood drawing is going to ramp up, even among the non-vamps. It looks FANG-TASTIC!

I know some of you have read ahead in the book series - if you’re going to discuss, please mark your comments as Spoilers.

The show has had plenty of deviations from the books, and those only seem to be growing. It will be interesting to see the direction Alan Ball takes the series. The overarching plot is mimicking the book, but even long-time readers are somewhat in the dark about certain major characters. I like it.

At least Sookie has an actual reason for being so delectable to vampires . . . unlike Bella "Mary-Sue" Swan, who is just "special".

this season has been pretty up and down for me, meaning a shitty episode and then an OMFG one, but the preview makes it look like it will go out with multiple bangs.

i hope Debbie gets it like she does in the books, as the title of the post refers to. though with Lorena biting Sookie... i'm hoping that goes the way of the books too.

glad Stephen & Anna look so happy in the banner pic! i'm convinced he's gonna leave her soon IRL.

God, I loathe this Sookie with the burning passion of a white hot sun.

More Eric, more Pam, less Tara, less white trash shifters, less moronic brother... more vampires, period. If Frankli changes Tara, that would be excellent. Maybe then she could stop whining and cringing and start having some damned fun.

And why did they turn the redheaded vampire into such a wet blanket? She was such a wonderful addition, then SHE started whining and moaning...

Fucking too much with the books is starting to blow instead of suck.
