Rashida Jones: Geeky Cute

By Dustin Rowles | Trade News | October 14, 2009 | Comments ()

Rashida Jones: Quirky cute. Daughter of a media mogul. And a comic-book writer (she's also a model and a musician, but that's hardly of interest to me).

Frenemy of the State follows an early 20-something female, who has lived a life of privilege, but her tendency to spy on her ex-boyfriends gets her in trouble. So, in order to avoid jail-time, the woman brokers a deal to use her talents as a spy for the CIA.

As Jones notes: "There is a comic element to it, this girl who is so conscious of social standing and wearing the right shoes, suddenly becoming responsible for these dangerous, life-threatening missions."

Like I said: Cute.
