Fox's Unveils Its 2013-2014 Primetime Schedule

By Dustin Rowles | Trade News | May 13, 2013 | Comments ()

Fox released it's new primetime schedule for 2012-2013 this morning, and unlike NBC, there's not nearly as much movement. "Sleepy Hollow" has been added to Mondays in the fall, and two new sitcoms have taken the 8-9 slot on Tuesdays in front of "New Girl." Meanwhile, the brilliant "Raising Hope" has, sadly, been moved to Fridays, starting in late fall. The quirky Greg Kinnear legal drama will give "Glee" a midseason spell, and "Bones" will also move to Friday in late fall to make room for "Almost Human."

New shows "Gang Related," "Surviving Jack," "Us & Them," and "Murder Police" will bow at midseason, while "New Girl" has been given the post-"Super Bowl" slot this year.

Here are descriptions of the new shows, via EW.

BROOKLYN NINE-NINE. A group of detectives form an odd family in their precinct in the outermost neighborhood of New York City. Andy Samberg, Terry Crews, Andre Braugher star.

DADS. Two successful guys in their 30s have their world turned upside down when their dads move in with them. Seth Green, Giovanni Ribisi, Brenda Song stars.

ENLISTED. After being in combat for several years, Pete is stationed at a military base in Florida to tackle the toughest job of them all -- leading his dysfunctional brothers' squad. Geoff Stults stars.

RAKE. Follows the chaotic and comedic life of criminal defense lawyer. Brilliant, frustratingly charming, and with zero filter, Keegan is one of life's great addicts. In addition to Keegan's cases within the justice system, the show follows his personal trials and tribulations, including his ongoing battle against the IRS, his mounting debt to his bookie, overlapping affairs and liaisons with women, a hormonal son, an exhausted ex-wife and the evolving relationship between his two married best friends. Greg Kinnear and Miranda Otto star.

ALMOST HUMAN. An action-packed buddy cop show, set in the near future, when all LAPD officers are partnered with highly evolved human-like androids. Karl Urban and Michael Ealy stars.

SLEEPY HOLLOW. Follows Ichabod Crane as he partners with Sleepy Hollow's local female sheriff to solve the mysteries of a town ravaged by the battle between good and evil. Tom Mison stars.

Here's some Daveed Diggs for you. On Daveed Diggs' digs, actually. That man does things with clothes that should not make sense, but are absolutely perfect. (Go Fug Yourself)

Woody Allen has "so moved on" from his daughter's accusations and says he never even thinks about it. He equates her words about him to a bad review he won't read and comments on how wacky it is that Mia Farrow is his mother-in-law. He is the worst. (Celebitchy)

Not The Worst but still very gross: Leonardo DiCaprio and his Pussy Posse Wolf Pack were on the douche prowl in NYC. (Lainey)

Here are 5 under-the-radar shows. I had never even heard of the first two. (Uproxx)
