Warning: Casting in Fox Network's New Shows Provide Potential Spoilers to "HIMYM," "Justified," and "The Office."

Fox picked up "It's Messy," an OBGYN office comedy about splashy ba-jingos, apparently. It is created, written, and stars Mindy Kaling, who will definitely be leaving "The Office" to do the show. B.J. Novak is also executive producing, and Ed Helms is guest starring in the pilot, but I doubt that it will mean departures from "The Office" for them. I can't wait to hear all the fun new quirky words that Kaling comes up with for vagina.

Meanwhile, Kevin Bacon's serial killer drama, "The Following" was also picked up by Fox last night. It stars Bacon as a damaged FBI agent and delves into his complicated relationship with a serial killer that he put away. The serial killer is played by James Purefoy. The show sounds a lot like NBC's "Hannibal," based on Thomas Harris' character. However, the potentially spoilery news is that it also stars Natalie Zea, who is pregnant with Raylan Givens' child in "Justified." I hope this does mean the end of her "Justified" character, but I think Zea herself is great, so I hope she gets a better character than nagging wife on "The Following." Still, "The Following" will only be 15 episodes, so it doesn't exclude the possibility of her working both shows, particularly in the reduced role she had on "Justified" this season

Finally, Fox also picked up "The Goodwin Games," which stars Scott Foley (yay!) and Becki Newton, and the show is about siblings who inherit their father's massive fortune as long as they play by his rules. So, "My Name Is Earl" with rich people. It comes from Carter Bays and Craig Thomas, the creators of "How I Met Your Mother," where Becki Newton is currently playing a stripper dating Barney. I guess we know where that relationship is going, but what the hell does that mean for Barney's wedding. "HIMYM" cannot handle another failed wedding episode.

Oh, and FYI: Fox also picked up "Touch" and canceled "Alcatraz" and "The Finder."
