Yes, there’s a Raging Bull II. And guess what? It’s not just a sequel. It’s also a prequel. The movie will follow a 34-year-old Jake LaMotta (Mojean Aria) before the events of Raging Bull and a 73-year-old LaMotta (William Forsythe) after the events of Raging Bull. The movie comes from, Martin Guigui, the director of … National Lampoon’s Cattle Call. Obviously, the film is in great hands.

The real Jake LaMotta will consult on the film.

  • Sounded like a April 1st joke, but it's June. Damn.

  • Raging Bull is a masterpiece.
Fuck the people that think this is a good idea.

I'm still waiting for the goddamned sequel to Citizen Kane. I got questions I want answered!

  • DarthCorleone

    Wow.

Every time I come across this story on a website I keep thinking that it has to be a massive prank. Who could possibly think that this is a good idea? It won't win any awards because every critic will despise it, and it's probably not the type of film that will rake in a lot of cash. The only person who thinks this is a good idea is Jake LaMotta, who has clearly been hit in the head a few too many times to be thinking straight.

Wow...talk about a sequel no one would want to see. Fans will feel they're desecrating the original and the 'stardust' don't like it to begin with.

I don't care how many people tell me how good Raging Bull is. I still hate that movie.

  • Rotwang

    Now Rage-ier.
