Even Sitting Beside Chris Hemsworth and Chris Evans, James Spader Commands the 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' Comic-Con Panel
Let’s just get this straight: James Spader is the shit. And yes, Chris Evans (that ass) and Chris Hemsworth are nothing to sneeze at, but even Evans was a bit in awe of The Spader during the Avengers: Age of Ultron Comic-Con panel. Spader talked Ultron’s state of mind, basically comparing him to a nerdy teenager with a lot of knowledge…yet lack of the maturity to (perhaps) know what to do with all that knowledge. And from Evans’ and Hemsworth’s slightly vague descriptions…Note: If you’re a total spoilerphobe, VERY MINOR SPOILERS AHEAD (Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Avengers: Age of Ultron); get out now…since S.H.I.E.L.D. has essentially been dissolved, the Avengers are sort of like individual contractors (without a leader), leaving an opening for a “guy” like Ultron. Check it:
Knowing the kind of characters Spader loves to play, I am positively giddy to see what he does with Ultron. Whatever kind of havoc he’s about to wreak, I know he’ll do it with the utmost enthusiasm and glee. There’s just nothing better than Spader as a bad boy.
Avengers: Age of Ultron won’t be in theaters until NEXT MAY. Ugh.
