"Doctor Who" Remakes Cowboys and Aliens in the First Series 7 Trailer

The first look at the upcoming Series 7 of “Doctor Who” (which kicks off in August, I believe) is taken mostly from the episode that’s already in the can, the third of the season, which is set in the Old West (although filmed in Spain). There’s not a lot substantive to the trailer, but it’s good to see the Doctor and, for the last series, Amy and Rory.
