Sorry, but there's a whole series of those and they're all fakes. The "Who Is Returning" poster thing was started on Tumblr by
http://drsong.tumblr.com/ and since she published the first series of them, people have been doing their own. They're really cool fan art, though.

I think I found some of those fan made posters (according to this site: http://doctorwhofandom.net/201... but this poster looks different. The other posters have known doctor costumes and a different font. As for the young man with the big lips - I got nothin'.

Also, if you look carefully at the bottom right of the poster above, it says "harbek", which led me to the tumblr of the original creator of the poster here--you can see she says below the image that it is "Luke" from the Sarah Jane Adventures. Harbek has posted a bunch of other posters in the same style, see here.

The different font would be covered by halfpastoctober's comment "since she published the first series of them, people have been doing their own." (the original ones by drsong can be found in these posts) The young man in the fan poster above has gotta be Sarah Jane's adopted son Luke Smith (played by Tommy Knight)--see the image here, same cleft chin, same shape of jaw, same crease in the middle of lower lip...it all seems to match up.

That actor's name is Tommy Knight, and looking at the images in Google ... I'm positive it's him. Kind of a boring choice?

I think it could be good. At the very least, it could be an opportunity for a tribute to Elisabeth Sladen and a chance to posthumously close Sarah Jane's character arc.

i am just waching the 6 seasons again, just cause summer tv sucks, and i found Donna to be the best companion, i love their interaction without all the love thing. Also the worst companin Martha, i cant event see her on screen anymore, her acting it dreadful.

I didn't really dislike Martha. I rank the companions thusly: Donna, Rory, Rose, Martha, Jack, Mickey, Amy.
