It’s creepy, and stunning, and perfect (also incredibly misleading). Good God, I cannot wait for this movie. Unfortunately, it won’t be in theaters until October 3rd.

The film, an adaptation of the Gillian Flynn novel of the same name, stars Ben Affleck, Rosamund Pike, Neil Patrick Harris, Tyler Perry, Kim Dickens, Patrick Fugit and Carrie Coon.

Is there some kind of support group for those that hated the book but think that this movie looks like its going to be amazing? Much conflicting. So feelings.

  • Lotney

Maybe it's the dim dark lighting but... and I don't believe I'm gonna say this... maybe... he can actually pull it off as Batman with the right screenplay and the right direct........ ahhh f**k it... forgot Zack Snyder

  • Scottieboy

Poor Ros Pike, not getting her name on the cover even though she's right in its centre.

  • Bananapanda

Poor Rosamund Pike has no forehead. Good job Fincher for making her hairline look a little more normal.

  • SottoVoce

Her forehead is fine, but there's an inordinate amount of space between her eyes and her eyebrows. It's like they're sitting almost an inch above her eyes.

  • birdgal

Her name is there, it's just in teeny tiny print towards the top right of the cover.

Oct. 3rd gives me plenty of time to read the book.

  • grr arrgh

Highly recommend that book but DO NOT read anything about it before or during your reading of it. It has some great plot twists that I promise you will not want to ruin for yourself.

See? See this right here? This is why Terry Richardson should just quit.

  • nosio

I just got legitimately excited to see that Patrick Fugit is in this (or in something at all!).

  • Me too. I wasn't as enthralled with the book as lots of other people, but his inclusion in the cast means I will see this. Eventually.
