This is what the header photo says to me: Is that the weird taxi with a blind in the back from On the Waterfront? Just me?

I'm pretty into this. It looks weird and lurid and dramatic and fun. I'm intrigued! I've never seen Love Crime though, but I'd want to for comparison's sake.

I want to go to there.

I like Rachel. She's adorable. But I don't know if she can pull of the sexy. Something about her voice, perhaps? Noomi, though. I might consider checking my hetero card at the door for her. Will need to see more of this to determine if I am excited about it.

"Spotty" my a___! DePalma has nothing else to prove. His only sin might be that he no longer makes films that are in fashion now. Have to get past this box office or bust mentality to filmgoing and filmmaking.

Remember when Tom Wilkinson was playing Marton Csokas's older character instead of Ciaran Hinds? Except, this is much worse.

Isn't this a remake of Love Crime? Ugh.
