Now that I’ve got your attention, I’ll tell you about some of the sexy lady superhero news that has been bouncing around today.

First, this image is supposedly “Sif” the love interest of Thor. She’s a warrior woman, and she’s played by Jaime Alexander. Alexander was in Kyle: XY which I’m sure someone out there loves. I know her better as the just barely legal girl who took Dennis to Prom in “It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia”. Here’s the picture, it’s terrible quality.

Not much to it, really. Another story is that Jennifer Love Hewitt like, reeeeaaalllly wants to be Wonder Woman. It’s reeeeallllly not a story. But it’s a great excuse for posting images like this one, even if it is just Photoshopped:

Lastly, The Playlist is saying that Amber Heard will be playing Mystique in X-Men: First Class and Rosamund Pike will not be playing Emma Frost as was previously reported. Instead, she will be playing Moira MacTaggart, described in the story as an assistant to Professor X. They are also both very attractive. But there are no fun pictures of what they’d look like. Sorry!

I was surprised too. But it seems Thor will be spending most of the time in Asgard with his god-like brethren. Natalie is just some lady who helps him on Earth.

Wait wait wait a second wait a second.

I never read many of the Thor comics, but in actual Norse mythology, Sif's SOLE surviving identifying trait (other than being Thor's lady) is her golden hair, first just because it's golden-blonde in color and later on ACTUALLY being made out of enchanted gold that grows out of her scalp like real hair. Is this something they changed about her in the comics or is Kenneth Brannagh just being that much of a douche with the casting?

Nat, I'm thinkin Brannagh is a douche.
We all know he should have cast the Skarsgaards as Thor and Odin and he didn't so I'm just going to assume (I really dont care what the reason was, even if it was like, Aleksandr couldn't do it cos of True Blood or something) he was a dick in every other casting aspect.

I don't care about any of this news...but God I hate Jennifer Love Hewitt. She's a horrible actress. Eye squinting ain't actressin', honey.
It pisses me off that people call her fat, though. She's really not. Women would kill to have her body.
PS, Love is her middle name, not part of her last name...so enough with the "Love Hewitt" already. If you're going to refer to her by her last name only, it's just Hewitt.
Ugh, I'm going to go google a Kardashian or somebody now. I need to wash my brain of the Hewitt.

Forgive my nerd side speaking up here: in Marvel Comics continuity, Sif started out as a blonde, but her hair was stolen by Loki as a prank. Forced to make amends, he negotiated with the dwarves to make her enchanted gold hair, which later turned black (I can't remember if it was because he reneged on his deal with the dwarves, or if he did it himself because he's a dick).

I swear I'm not a virgin.
