Azazel Bends You To His Will With Adorableness And The Possible Reveal Of The Director for Star Wars VII
Has it really only been about a month since Disney scooped up Lucasfilm and started rampant interwebs speculation about the future of Star Wars? Yes. Yes it has. Even though Part VII isn’t slated for release until 2015, rumors abound concerning the person that will helm the project. Jon Favreau, Colin Trevorrow, Guillermo Del Toro, Brad Bird, and nearly every other director with some success in Hollywood has been rumored or thrown his hat into the ring. Now Jason Flemyng possibly/maybe/sort of confirms that his pal Matthew Vaughn is directing.
Flemyng is quite lovely in that interview, no? The charm makes me wonder if he’s just trying to give those poor, freezing reporters something juicy for their noble sacrifice, or if he really is in the know. Only time will tell whether Azazel has manipulated us all or dropped some encouraging news in our laps.
