Another Actress Comes Forward to Reveal Years of Rape and Abuse by Bill Cosby
It’s interesting that years of sexual abuse allegations against Bill Cosby were basically swept under a rug by out-of-court settlements and a media that apparently didn’t have much thirst for taking down Dr. Huxtable.
All it took was one bit from a rising stand-up comedian, however, to throw open the floodgates. Finally, Bill Cosby’s past is catching up to him, as these decades’ old sexual abuse allegations have resurfaced and our new, progressive, more feminist and blood-thirsty media is ready to rip Cosby a new one.
Fucker deserves it.
It doesn’t really change my opinion of The Cosby Show, but I sure as hell don’t want to watch the family sitcom Cosby has in development over on NBC right now.
And if allegations like the ones alleged by former actress Barbara Bowman are true, I’d like to see Cosby finally banished from the entertainment industry.
‘He turned out all the lights. It was completely pitch black. He laid me down on the couch and started caressing and touching me all over. Then he put my hand on his penis, covering it with his hand. He had me masturbate him. I couldn’t see what was going on. When it was over, I ran out of the room and threw up.
‘It was so invasive and frightening and humiliating. There was no way I could tell my mother. I couldn’t even admit it to myself. I tried to convince myself that I’d imagined it. That it was a one-time thing, that it wouldn’t happen again. And I was paralyzed with fear.
That was just once incident. In another incident, she had one glass of wine and woke up throwing up while wearing one of Cosby’s white shirts. In another incident, Cosby asked Barbara to pretend to be drunk while he stroked her neck and chest during an acting exercise.
So that’s Bill Cosby for you, folks. And Bowman apparently was all set to testify against him in 2006 when another victim came forward alleging rape, but lo and behold, her case settled out of court before she could do so.
Money can’t buy you love, but it can buy you the freedom to sexually abuse women with no consequences.
