Anne Hathaway and James Franco Will Co-Host the Oscars

So, that’s happening. Hathaway was great a couple of years back, in her song and dance number with Hugh Jackman. James Franco is pretty much an awesome guy all around, and it might be doubly interesting if he’s also nominated in the Best Actor category for 127 Hours. I might also note that, during the more unbearable moments of Burlesque, I sneaked into Love & Other Drugs and caught a few of the more bearable moments of that, most of which involved Hathaway nude. What? Because I’m a guy who feigns the occasional man crush, I can’t enjoy watching Anne Hathaway nude?
I dunno what else to say about this: They’re charming. They’re attractive. She can sing. He’s funny. Let the initial wave of excitement begin! At least until the second-guessing takes over, which will ultimately give way to overly-critical morning-after reviews and a millions of people who care enough to leave comments on Oscar posts professing not to care about the Oscars.
