Yeah, but Matt Smith's sexiness works in motion. I don't blame Amy for making the move. And up against the Tardis. That bitch stole my fantasy

That is a fair description, Laurie. Some people look better holding still, while some people need to be running around in a fez spouting gibberish.

Ya know, it isn't the looks that makes The Doctor attractive. It is his spirit, his soulfulness. The adventure and mystery. He is adorable, and terrible, and completely unattainable, and that makes him irresistible. Tennant was transcendent in his mania as The Doctor, but what made you love him, ache for him, was his moments of quiet sorrow. The loneliness that slipped out from behind his happy-go-lucky facade, the unimaginable loss that was reflected in his face in an unguarded moment, to be almost immediately banished by a joyful deflection. Above all else, The Doctor is a wild and untamable thing, and just as we are often drawn in awe and wonder to wild animals who stir our souls, he captivates us with his power and mystery. His companions know he will never be theirs, whether they love him, or are IN love with him, he is an impossible thing. An amazing adventure and an inevitable heartbreak, but MAN, what a ride.
