We will have the full recap of Saturday Night Live up shortly, but the best sketch of the season gets its own post this week. In it, the SNL male cast, along with Fred Armisen, reenacts the final scene of Dead Poets Society, at times word for word (with Armisen in the Robin Williams role). I won’t dare give away the ending, but it is fucking fantastic.
Watch:
Even Twitter — normally very hard on SNL — was blown away.
The "Mr Bunting" sketch just now on #SNLFinale is the hardest I've laughed at SNL in a long time. What it's always done best: gleeful shock.

The Dead Poets Society sketch has me in awe. Dramatic buildup to an explosive punchline! #Perfection #SNL

Farewell Mr Bunting was one of the best sketches of the season. Loved it! #SNL

Like I’ve laughed hard at many #SNL sketches that were before my time, but that’s the best I’ve seen live, hands down
