There was a thread on the r/AskReddit sub the other day, the topic of which was: ‘Women of Reddit, what thing do male coworkers do that is not quite sexual harassment, but you wish they would stop doing so you could be comfortable at work?’ The full thread is here for those who would like to read the entire thing. The most striking thing about it though is that while the wording of the question specified behaviour that came close to being harassment while not quite being harassment, the vast majority of responses detailed incidences of behaviour most people would not see as being anywhere near that level of ambiguity.
