Podcasters of Sex S2E3: Give Lizzy Caplan and Michael Sheen All the Emmys Edition

By Sarah Carlson | Podcasts | July 30, 2014 | Comments ()

I’m still processing the excellent “Fight,” episode three of Masters of Sex Season Two. From its bottle-episode structure to its tackling of topics such as manhood, power, and intimacy, “Fight” showcases Masters as a drama with which to be reckoned.

Where do they go from here? How long can they keep up the pretense that all of this is for the study? And did you notice the similarities to Mad Men’s “The Suitcase”? Join me as I discuss these questions, as well as heap praises upon stars Lizzy Caplan and Michael Sheen, with my Podcasters of Sex co-host Mallory Andrews, Submissions Editor for cléo, in our new episode:

I thought the same thing after watching last week's episode.

This was their own "The Suitcase", it was that good and, quite frankly, one of the best episodes of the year, bottle-episode or not.
