Here’s an interview with Kevin Eastman, co-creator of the Ninja Turtles, who are celebrating their 25th anniversary this year. Who’d of thunk the most ridiculous concept ever would still be going strong a quarter of a century later? (Screen Junkies)

Spoiler alert! Katherine Heigl is dead. On “Grey’s Anatomy,” anyway. Now it’s time for all the munchkins to come out of hiding and rejoice. (Webster’s)

Here’s an interview with new It Girl and porn star sensation Sasha Grey of The Girlfriend Experience. (Zelda Lily)

The posters for Public Enemies are out, and they’re perty and all … But I kind of forgot I wasn’t looking at Inglorious Basterds posters again. (Agent Bedhead)

Here’s another Terminator retrospective, this one, part of one three, tackles the first 1984 installment. (Film Experience)

In adorable people news, here are Alyson Hannigan and Alexis Denisof out shopping with their new baby daughter. (Yeeeah!)

Could “Lost” be going the Back to the Future III route? Or how about Muppets Take Manhattan? (Spout)

No! Say it ain’t so! Jim Halpert, a cheater? Well, not the actual Jim Halpert character anyway, because … *sigh* I won’t spoil last night’s “Office” finale. (Celebitchy)

I’m still sick, and I think I would break out into endless, painful fits of coughing if a dairy product so much as touched my esophagus, but damn do I want some of this Ben & Jerry’s Chocolate Macadamia ice cream. (Impulsive Buy)

Remember when Bette David starred in Wicked Stepmother? Me neither. Here are nine other great actresses slumming it in crap. (mental floss)

Here’s a fantastic list of 100 geeks you should be following on twitter — with many a Pajiba fave appearing on the list. (Wired)

I couldn’t find a clip for today’s Pajiba Love and no one sent me anything. So here, instead, is Corky from “Life Goes On” doing a rendition of Public Enemy’s “Fight the Power.” See what happens when you people don’t do my job for me?

Donatello was always my favorite, because his head band is purple.

I'll be over here in my corner.

Nope. Leonardo. You can't beat dual-wielding katanas. Especially if you're a kensai with high dexterity.

TMNT and D&D in one post. I think I just wedgied myself.

Wise man say: forgiveness is divine, but never pay full price for late pizza.

Posted by: Lucas at May 15, 2009 1:25 PM

Holy Crap! Life goes on was my show back in the day...aahh memories.

Posted by: Trini at May 15, 2009 1:26 PM

I always liked Raphael, he had an attitude. Also, that clip has ruined Fight The Power for me for the rest of my life. You're right Stacey, you shouldn't be allowed to do your job.

I think I just wedgied myself.

You're not the only one. Damn thing must have a large area of effect.

Posted by: branded at May 15, 2009 1:29 PM

It's all about Raphael. He had sass. And does anyone remember the pizza thrower toy? Man, I loved that thing. It was utterly useless as a harmful weapon, but great at shooting at and annoying little brothers while they were concentrating on video games. *sigh*...good times.

Posted by: CinnabarriGirl at May 15, 2009 1:34 PM

I suppose it's up to me to give a shoutout to Michelangelo. You've gotta love the Spicoli-ness.

Also, "DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMN!"

Posted by: Dario Delfino at May 15, 2009 1:41 PM

And yes, I know that was Raph. I was just surprised no one else mentioned it.

Posted by: Dario Delfino at May 15, 2009 1:42 PM

I love you, Steven Lloyd Wilson. Will you be my BFF?

Posted by: Snath at May 15, 2009 1:44 PM

Why was Corky dressed as Andrew Dice Clay to sing a Public Enemy song?

And everybody knows Michelangelo is the best turtle/hero. Followed closely by Raphael, Casey Jones, and Usagi Yojimbo.

Posted by: henchman for hire at May 15, 2009 1:47 PM

No, I will never follow motherfucking twitter. I refused to join MySpace, Facebook, or any of the other internet bullshit that has cropped up, but I'll live with all of it, if only motherfucking twitter would finally die.

God I hate twitter.

That Grey's finale was awful. Just awful. Painfully predictable and over dramatic, and anyone could've seen the ending coming a mile away. We've known for months that both Skank Cancer and George (who hasn't had a decent plotline in ages and might as well have been dead this whole season) were leaving the show, so what did anyone expect but two deaths? Just annoying. It went into complete E.R mode with the desperate tugging-at-your-heartstrings crap. I half expected to see a helicopter falling on someone.

Ahem.

And yeah, it was all about Donatello. He was the smartass!

Posted by: figgy at May 15, 2009 1:58 PM

Well done, George! You are codgered well beyond your years.

Posted by: branded at May 15, 2009 1:59 PM

Apparently Twitter almost killed itself this week, but not quite.

I just don't much care to use it or look at it.

Posted by: Jay at May 15, 2009 2:05 PM

I remember Ninja Turtles. I had the board game that never assembled properly, the mediocre to shitty video games through SNES, and custom made Halloween costumes. I drew the line at the action figures, though. Too geeky.

Posted by: Robert at May 15, 2009 2:06 PM

Michelangelo was the best, cheezy one liners and all. Raph was more of a chip on his shoulder type, than brooding or sassy to me.

I remember seeing a clip for the new cartoon when it first came out (years ago). They introduced a girl turtle, and she freaked me out. Four guy turtles and a giant talking rat were fine, but there was something amok with that chick turtle. I had successfully blocked it from my memory until now. Thanks.

Well done, George! You are codgered well beyond your years.

Says branded, who is friends with me on Facebook. Hehehe.

Posted by: Snath at May 15, 2009 2:13 PM

Oh yeah, the action figures would make it geeky...

Posted by: figgy at May 15, 2009 2:28 PM

Well done, George! You are codgered well beyond your years.

Says branded as he fills out yet another facebook survey...

Posted by: figgy at May 15, 2009 2:31 PM

Gah. John Cleese is on Twitter? I refuse to take part in that phenomenon.. but oh man, I want to look! Damn you, Twitter!

Posted by: Melissa at May 15, 2009 2:36 PM

Corky is stupid... he's a no talent next to RETARDED POLICEMAN
on youtube, not that's some retard talent!

Posted by: Ted at May 15, 2009 2:39 PM

Heee!! I'm all too aware of my flawed rationalization that Twitter is somehow significantly different than Facebook, seeing as I have an FB account.

But where else could I take a "What Color of Tile Grout Are You?" quiz and find out that I'm "Sable Brown"?

Posted by: branded at May 15, 2009 2:53 PM

The end of The Office may or may not have made me cry last night...leaning more towards IT TOTALLY DID.

Posted by: letsspoon at May 15, 2009 2:53 PM

True story: The first time I ever saw Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I passed by the TV at my friends house and her little brother was watching something. I asked what it was, and he says "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!!" My response was, "Huh. Enjoy it now, because something tells me that isn't gonna last long."
I'm clearly not psychic.

Posted by: peachfish at May 15, 2009 3:01 PM

That clip is, mercifully, blocked at my office.

That said:

"Fight The Power" >> Public Enemy >> Roots Picnic >> Three weeks from tomorrow.

Fuck. Yes.

Posted by: TK at May 15, 2009 3:07 PM

In tenth grade I painted the Ninja Turtles on the back and sides of my friend Justin's jean jacket. It was really really good.

Where shall I pick up the Nerd Crown?

Posted by: Stacy D at May 15, 2009 3:15 PM

Stacey, you almost KILLED me. I hadn't watched the Office finale and I just started reading the blurb to the link you posted and I got halfway through and SCREAMED and was ready to hate the world.

And I just watched the episode and oh god. And I read your caption.

But oh man I was freaking out.

I AM SUCH A SPAZ.

Posted by: figgy at May 15, 2009 4:06 PM

Stacey, dammit!!! I am not amused. I haven't gotten around to downloading the Grey's Anatomy finale yet and now I'm spoiled. Dammit.

Posted by: Thijs at May 15, 2009 4:30 PM

Bette David?

Posted by: Odnon at May 15, 2009 5:26 PM

That video needed to end with Keyboard Cat.

All the cool Pajibans are on Facebook, George. You want to be cool, dontcha? Even Skitz did it.
Now Show your face!

Posted by: Optimus Rhyme at May 15, 2009 8:17 PM

"Turtles are my friends!" (I believe that was shouted by some loggerhead bad guy turtle in a weird voice during some episode). My hubby will randomly say that phrase to me at odd moments and I laugh my head off every time!

Posted by: Beautifulgirl at May 15, 2009 11:19 PM

One of my coworkers many years ago started offering a reward of a Teenage Ninja Turtles digital watch (you remember them? Ugly things) for whoever body-slammed an inmate to the floor. Needless to say, that coworker's employment became ... rather transitory.
