I always liked Raphael, he had an attitude. Also, that clip has ruined Fight The Power for me for the rest of my life. You're right Stacey, you shouldn't be allowed to do your job.

It's all about Raphael. He had sass. And does anyone remember the pizza thrower toy? Man, I loved that thing. It was utterly useless as a harmful weapon, but great at shooting at and annoying little brothers while they were concentrating on video games. *sigh*...good times.

And yes, I know that was Raph. I was just surprised no one else mentioned it.

And everybody knows Michelangelo is the best turtle/hero. Followed closely by Raphael, Casey Jones, and Usagi Yojimbo.

That Grey's finale was awful. Just awful. Painfully predictable and over dramatic, and anyone could've seen the ending coming a mile away. We've known for months that both Skank Cancer and George (who hasn't had a decent plotline in ages and might as well have been dead this whole season) were leaving the show, so what did anyone expect but two deaths? Just annoying. It went into complete E.R mode with the desperate tugging-at-your-heartstrings crap. I half expected to see a helicopter falling on someone.

Ahem.

And yeah, it was all about Donatello. He was the smartass!

Apparently Twitter almost killed itself this week, but not quite.

I just don't much care to use it or look at it.

Michelangelo was the best, cheezy one liners and all. Raph was more of a chip on his shoulder type, than brooding or sassy to me.

I remember seeing a clip for the new cartoon when it first came out (years ago). They introduced a girl turtle, and she freaked me out. Four guy turtles and a giant talking rat were fine, but there was something amok with that chick turtle. I had successfully blocked it from my memory until now. Thanks.

Oh yeah, the action figures would make it geeky...

Gah. John Cleese is on Twitter? I refuse to take part in that phenomenon.. but oh man, I want to look! Damn you, Twitter!

Heee!! I'm all too aware of my flawed rationalization that Twitter is somehow significantly different than Facebook, seeing as I have an FB account.

True story: The first time I ever saw Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I passed by the TV at my friends house and her little brother was watching something. I asked what it was, and he says "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!!" My response was, "Huh. Enjoy it now, because something tells me that isn't gonna last long."
I'm clearly not psychic.

In tenth grade I painted the Ninja Turtles on the back and sides of my friend Justin's jean jacket. It was really really good.

One of my coworkers many years ago started offering a reward of a Teenage Ninja Turtles digital watch (you remember them? Ugly things) for whoever body-slammed an inmate to the floor. Needless to say, that coworker's employment became ... rather transitory.
