(Blood-curdling scream) I have been waiting years for someone to realize how cinematic PL could be, in the right hands (and preferably animated). These are not the right hands, from the sounds of it.

I agree with ranylt. This epic is perfect for animation. A live-action film just would not seem to be capable of doing what these guys are wanting. They talk about how this is a war movie, but with angels and demons. This could mean thousands of fireballs flying, lightning crashing, many wings-a-flapping action. And honestly, the best they can do for Lucifer is Daniel Craig of Heath Ledger? Lucifer is supposed to be the most divinely beautiful of all the angels and also the most arrogant in said beauty. The two actors above just don't seem pretty enough to warrant such narcissism.

Look, I hate ol' Gwynnie as much as the next person, but Chris Martin is an ass. And from what I understand, it's not the first time he's cut up like that. With his sandy vagina and her bland pretentiousness, they're a match made in heaven. Lord only know how Apple will turn out.
