I love Chloe Grace Moretz, but I loathe this outfit, combined with the angle of the photo. She looks like that tie around her neck is cutting off circulation to the point of making her head balloon up, like something straight out of a Bugs Bunny cartoon or an unseen Wonka factory room. (GFY)

Our coverage of last night’s amazing You’re the Worst finale will be up later today, but in the meantime, our Joanna talked to Stephen Falk about all the things that make this show so beautiful and risky. (Vanity Fair)

The Force Awakens actors have so many foreign premieres to go to, they’ve been split up into globetrotting teams. While Daisy Ridley and John Boyega are definitely the front-and-center A team of this promotional tour, wouldn’t you be way more excited to see Oscar Isaac and Lupita Nyong’o? They’re like the classy, adult contingent (in that they’re both at least 30), the Thinking Person’s Star Wars Team. Plus, obviously, both sexy AF. (Lainey)

Noel Gallagher gives the best interviews of any irrelevant ’90s musician. He’s just so invested in his own hardcoreness, everytime he gives a pull quote, a bottle of Hot Topic hair dye gets its wings. This time he’s taking on Adele’s “music for f-king grannies” for being responsible for (or at least an example of) the industry’s nosedive “into f-king blandness.” He also calls music today “a sea of cheese,” which honestly I have no idea what that means, but doesn’t it sound fantastic? This Ant-Man blooper reel is upsettingly short on Paul Rudd dancing, but he kind of makes up for it by being adorable with children.

When you look at Ted Cruz through the lens of a horror movie, he’s… well, he’s not better, but his weird behavior is maybe a bit more understandable. (Slot)

To be fair to Dennis Quaid, I’m only maybe 60% sure I could pronounce Saoirse Ronan’s name correctly, but then again, I don’t have to in front of a room full of people and cameras. (DListed)

This brand new Hanukkah song is eight ways to awesome.

This embed is being wonky, so if it’s not working for you, you can see the video over at NPR.

Here are a whole bunch of sci-fi books to look forward to in 2016. (Inverse)

Lisa Bee found respite in the thoughtful and honest Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe, by Benjamin Alire Sáenz. "[It] is a book full of lines that dig right into your heart. A book full of kindness and kind characters. Of feelings and phrases that seem almost too profound to be coming from such a young character." Looks like Lisa wrote a thoughtful and honest review of her own. Well done. (Cannonball Read 7)
