Hollywood's Sweetest Couple Are Here To Snap Your Heartstrings In Two

No. Hold up. Unspit your coffee. Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone did not break up. (Shut up, I know you care.) They did, however, cleverly use some paparazzi to help promote their favorite charities. Which is cute and sweet and don't you just want to snuggle them like a basket of puppies? Shut up, I know you do. (Celebitchy)

Like many of you, I stopped watching "Weeds" a few seasons back. But if you're curious to know how the whole thing ended, Dustin has helpfully recapped the series finale for us. Spoiler alert: here be iced coffee. (WG)

Someone reimagined Skyler and Walter White as the subjects of Grant Wood's "American Gothic" painting. It's a good likeness, but somehow I think we could have done better in replacing the pitchfork. A charred and tattered pink bear, perhaps? (Laughing Squid)

Personally I love the singer Cat Power, but I appreciate she's not everyone's tumbler of scotch. So click on this link if you have, like, good taste and stuff and you can see her newest music video. (Vulture)

For all of you who claim not to "get" the allure of the Leslie Knope/Ben Wyatt pairing on NBC's "Parks and Recreation"...well...I don't "get" YOU, motherf*ckers. I've been rewatching last season (now on Netflix!) in anticipation of the season premiere (soon in your TVs!). And, because they love me, Uproxx has done "The Best Of Ben Wyatt." Uh oh, Batman is crying. (Uproxx)

Perfect transition! Check out this super bizarre but somehow amazing series of weepy superheros. (The Curious Brain)

My faaaaaavorite super family! Ohhhh, Sasha got the shaft, man. (TDW)

Neil Gaiman posted this heartbreaking letter from a woman who was involved in the production of the highly controversial Innocence of Muslims. This whole thing is off the rails insane. (MovieLine)

Finally, if any of you Brits want to hook me up with the Sherlock edition of Clue, I would be MOST appreciative. (Nerd Approved)

Ain't no Behind the Scenes video like a Whedon Behind the Scenes Video. Check out this extra Cabin In The Woods footage from the Blue-ray release.

For all of you who claim not to “get” the allure of the Leslie Knope/Ben Wyatt pairing
It's not a claim. It's an emphatic and repeatable statement. They have no chemistry.

  • Fabius_Maximus

I sure want to snuggle with Emma Stone. Andrew Garfield, though... when I see him, I always get the impulse to tousle his hair and tell him what a good little boy he is, because he looks like a 6-year-old.

  • Rocabarra

Cat Power = amazing, always. That video has a strange Mad Max/Logan's Run + Zombies feel to it that would probably be made into a movie if anyone in Hollywood had the good sense to watch it.

  • aroorda

Are there still going to be Boardwalk Empire reviews posted up in this bitch? Cause last night was ca-raaaaaaazy and I'm dying to discuss.

  • Maguita NYC

WAIT!!! Give us one full day for those who missed yesterday's premiere to watch it!

    Was it that good?

  • aroorda

    Short answer: yes.
    Long answer: Yeeeeeeesssssssss.
I just hope they can maintain the level of intensity that they kicked off the season with. It was a fantastic episode.

  • Maguita NYC

Oh I'm feeling fidgety and impatient now. I can't wait to watch it!

  • mhs_sally

I totally appreciate that the characters of Leslie and Ben have a lot in common, and I love both Adam Scott and Amy Poehler. However, I think they have no chemistry and are pretty boring as a couple on television. I have nothing invested in them even though I love the show. I also think that Ben in general is kind of a drag on the show, even though I understand the appeal of the straight man.
That being said, nothing is worse than Ann and Tom as a couple. So annoying and weirdly unbelievable.

  • lowercase_ryan

the timeline does not exist in which Ann and Tom work.

  • Sara_Tonin00

I didn't watch the trailer for "Innocence" when it was posted last week - partially because office has been doing some sort of filter voodoo on YouTube videos, partially because I refuse to give it one more view.

But to know that the performers were deceived as to the subject of the movie? That's crazy. I can't believe how tragically absurd the situation around this whole "film" has become.

  • BWeaves

I need to know more about the Cluedo game, like what does the board look like? What rooms do they use? What are the murder tools? And who are the playing pieces and what do they look like? Do I get to fondle a miniature Sherlock or Watson or are they little plastic knobbers?

I have the LOTRs Risk, and it's ridiculously complicated. I think I only played it once.

  • Matt C.

    LotR Risk is the bomb.

  • michaelceratops

I have the Harry Potter Clue which is AWESOME (moving doors and passageways, etc.) but if i remember correctly, the movers are just little knobbers

  • celery

I was kind of hoping for more out of that CITW clip. All their little faces made me really happy though. I want so much more just like that movie.

  • Jezzer

I want Fran Kranz to be in All the Things.
