This is maybe the coolest thing to have happened in True Detective season 2. Well, aside from that “signatures all over them” line or that f*cking Colin Farrell salute or— okay, it’s the best thing if you weren’t trying to watch the season as a comedy. (Uproxx)

Here are 8 jobs that our favorite childhood movies and TV shows convinced us we were perfect for. Why oh why isn’t “candy mogul” an attainable career path? (Throwback)

Cannonballer sistercoyote has, for whatever reason, a deep fascination with disasters and mysteries at sea. To the point that she’s even watched several Really Badâ„¢ ocean salvage movies (Ghost Ship and Lost Voyage, we’re looking at you). And yes, she also saw Titanic. So she dove right in to Ghost Ship: The Mysterious True Story of the Mary Celeste and her Missing Crew. Find out how if this book is a true treasure or not. (Cannonball Read 7)
