Rue McClanahan 1934 - 2010

Rue McClanahan passed away this morning after suffering as stroke. She was 76.
Rue McClanahan is most popular for her portrayal of Blanche Devereaux in the long-running sitcom, “Golden Girls.” Betty White is the only surviving cast member of that show.
Before he success on “Golden Girls,” McClanahan also starred as Bea Arthur’s best friend in “Maude,” which ran from 1972 to 1978. She was nominated for four Emmy Awards, winning one in 1987.
Farewell, Ms. McClanahan. Here’s hoping the Miami of the afterlife treats you well.

Well, Betty got her wish.
I was going to go for a run today, but now it's pretty clear I should have a ton of sex and eat a whole cheesecake instead.
