My Weekend Kicks Your Weekend's Ass
Tonight’s column is a little late because I’ve been spending all my free time this weekend either getting to New York to visit with a bunch of awesome Pajibans or visiting with a bunch of awesome Pajibans. So far I’ve see jM, Katers, Cindy Doesn’t Want to Be Here, Nimue, AvB, Sofía, and D-Day. Almost everything aside from that has gone wrong; a drive that should’ve taken four hours took six, the shoes that don’t give me blisters gave me blisters Saturday night, and at the moment I can feel a migraine gnawing at the back of my right eye, but every minutes has been totally worth it. I can feel your jealousy through that series of tubes which makes up the internet and it is delicious. Here’s your Sunday night TV in text rather than video blog form as some subversive elements would have me switch to:
7:00pm: “60 Minutes” on CBS
“Dateline NBC” on NBC
8:00pm: “Big Brother” on CBS
9:00pm: “Bridezillas” on WE. I’m always amazed that this show end with a wedding. I mean, if your bride to be is being filmed for a reality show called “Bridezillas” shouldn’t that be kind of a tip off that you may be marrying crazy? Not that there’s anything wrong with crazy, per se, but I hope these guys knew what they were getting into before the cameras showed up and the fights over invitation colors got ugly.
