This column is late tonight, for reasons I’m not at liberty to disclose, but it’s a shame because there’s actually a lot of good TV on tonight. Although it’s bittersweet, because some of it is due to mini series that are ending, and despite there being more good TV on, there’s still the usual amount of awful television. But it’s much easier to avoid when you’ve got something that will distract you from that. Anyway, here’s your Sunday night TV and apologies for being late in posting it:

7:00pm: “60 Minutes” on CBS

“Dateline NBC” on NBC

“Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom” on Animal Planet

7:30pm: “American Dad” on Fox

8:00pm: “The Amazing Race” on CBS

“America’s Next Great Restaurant” on NBC

“Bert the Conquerer” on Travel. It says Bert will be conquering Florida this week so either I don’t actually understand the premise of this show or Bert there doesn’t know the meaning of the word “conquer.” We are pretty damn conquered and settled down here in America’s wang, thank you very much. I will not claim that we are civilized, though.

“The Family Crews” on BET

“Food Network Challenge: Donut Champions” on Food Network

“Human Planet” on Discovery. Series premiere.

“The Kennedys” on Reelz

“My Future Boyfriend” on ABC Family. Original telefilm.

“Ruby” on Style

“Season 25: Oprah Behind the Scenes” on OWN

“Secret Millionaire” on ABC. First season finale.

“The Simpsons” on Fox

8:30pm: “Bob’s Burgers” on Fox

9:00pm: “The Apprentice” on NBC

“Army Wives” on Lifetime

“Ax Men” on History

“Brothers and Sisters” on ABC. Special back to back episodes! I know you’re all so excited.

“The Comedy Awards” on Comedy Central, Spike TV, VH1, CMT, TV Land, Logo and Nick At Nite.

“Family Guy” on Fox

“Human Planet” on Discovery

“The Judds” on OWN. Series premiere.

“The Kennedys” on Reelz. Mini series finale.

“Last Cake Standing” on Food Network

“Masterpiece! Upstairs Downstairs” on PBS

“Mildred Pierce” on HBO. Original mini series finale.

“Sister Wives” on TLC

“Undercover Boss” on CBS

9:30pm: “The Cleveland Show” on Fox

10:00pm: “Amazing Wedding Cakes” on WE

“The Borgias” on Showtime.

“Breakout Kings” on A&E

“Coming Home” on Lifetime.

“CSI: Miami” on CBS

“Iron Chef America” on Food Network

“Khloe and Lamar” on E. Series premiere. I know Khloe takes a lot of shit for not being as “attractive” as her sisters according to some people and that PETA ad was obnoxious, but honestly she seems like the most level headed and well adjusted out of that Kardashian plague. I hate that I’ve thought about them that much.

“The Killing” on AMC

“Earth: The Operator’s Manual” on PBS

“The Real Housewives of Orange County” on Bravo

“River Monsters” on Animal Planet. Third season premiere.

“Strange Sex” on TLC

10:30pm: “The Dance Scene” on E. Series premiere.

Ok, I'll just come out and say it - I like "Breakout Kings". It is stupid good fun (and Jimmi Simpson is kind of awesome). Alternatively, I tried watching "The Killing" last week and it bored me to sleep. If that makes me the lowest common denominator I can deal with it.

I supposed Khloe is my favorite Kardashian, but that is a lot like saying herpes is my favorite STD (I would rather avoid them all if possible).

Honestly, herpes shouldn't be anyone's favorite STD. Chlamydia and trichomoniasis are both highly curable; therefore, they should be frontrunners.

"I'm just saying."

But, I gotta respect herpes' tenacity.

Touché, kimk, touché.

I forgot to watch Breakout Kings the last two weeks because of The Borgias and The Killing. And I thought quitting would be hard.

I always read this and envy you 'muricans for your tv delights, but today, I care not a jot.

Why, you ask, is Frankie boy so dismissive?

Because I finally got to see The Walking Dead last night when it made it to terrestrial tv in Britainland!

Yes, I only have an old fashioned aerial for my 1080p HD ready tv. I have one foot in the dark ages.

You're probably not ready for the zombie apocalypse, then. I'll send some materials...

Zombie apocalypse?

Pah! We have a Royal family so old and sucky that it already feels like the Zombies have taken over and are leeching the lifeblood out of the country!

Add to that a Conservative administration that has more privately educated chinless wonders than your average fox hunt and you have a far bigger problem than any zombie hoard could ever present.

Human Planet was absolutely, mind-bogglingly amazing.
