Well, Why Not?
I got my cord back! Oh frabjuous day! I know it sounds spoiled, but I’ve had a laptop since about October of 2004 and adjusting to life without one is unpleasant. Which is a big reason why I’m dragging my feet on getting a smart phone, because I know as soon as I do, there’s no going back for me. Forgetting my phone at home when I went shopping or to class would no longer fall somewhere between a minor annoyance and an enjoyable reprieve, but would become the WORST THING POSSIBLE and I’d be all twitchy and shit until I got my hands on the phone again. But for the moment I still have a dumb phone, and my laptop cord back so I can resume using the internet without having to put on pants. Not that I do that. Not frequently. Um… hey, look, there’s TV on tonight!
7:00pm: “NCAA Basketball Championships” on CBS. Regional semifinal double header tonight.
8:00pm: “Community” on NBC. The most persuasive reason I’ve heard for why I should start watching this show is it featured thinking woman’s tall drink of water, Joel McHale, in a state of undress. I’m taking it under advisement.
“Flash Forward” on ABC
“The Vampire Diaries” on The CW
8:30pm: “Parks and Recreation” on NBC
9:00pm: “Grey’s Anatomy” on ABC
“The Office” on NBC
“Supernatural” on The CW
9:30pm: “30 Rock” on NBC
10:00pm: “Celebrity Rehab Presents: Sober House” on VH1
“LA Ink” on TLC. With this whole Jesse James mess, all I can think when I see that girl he slept with is “She looks like a low rent Kat Von D.” and then I feel bad that I sullied the name of Kat Von D by associating it with that woman.
“The Marriage Ref” on NBC
“Project Runway” on Lifetime
“The Real Housewives of New York City” on Bravo
“Private Practice” on ABC
