Today is one of those days where nothing is really going quite right and it's starting to get to me. Not like, making me angry, but more making me wonder if it was just a bad idea to get out of bed in the first place and how wise would it be to do so again tomorrow. Anyway, there's a couple of Pajiba favorite shows coming back from hiatus tonight so yay for that! So, without further ado, here's your Wednesday night TV:

8:00pm: "Howe and Howe Tech" on Discovery

"Human Target" on Fox. Back to back episodes tonight for all of you really hankering for a heaping dose of "Human Target".

"Live to Dance" on CBS. Paula Abdul's new show, on which she will be totally, completely, 100% sober as she has been, according to her, for her whole life. I'm not sure if we should be more worried that she may be lying or that she may be telling the truth.

"The Middle" on ABC

"Minute to Win It" on NBC

"Mystery Diagnosis" on OWN. 10th season premiere. Didn't this used to be on the Health channel?

8:30pm: "Better With You" on ABC

9:00pm: "37th Annual People's Choice Awards" on CBS

"Friday Night Lights" on DirecTV

"Ghost Hunters International" on SyFy

"Prophets of Doom" on History

"I'll Do Anything" on BBCA

"Law and Order: Special Victims Unit" on NBC. Back to back new episodes again, in case USA's marathon this past weekend didn't quell your appetite for overly melodramatic procedurals.

"Man vs. Food" on Travel

"Modern Family" on ABC

"My Strange Addiction" on TLC

"Great Performances at the Met: Don Pasquale" on PBS

"Tyler Perry's House of Payne" on TBS

9:30pm: "Cougar Town" on ABC

10:00pm: "24/7: Penguins/Capitals" on HBO

"Are We There Yet?" on TBS. Second season premiere.

"Celebrity Rehab with Dr.Drew" on VH1

"I Used To Be Fat" on MTV. Wow... that's pretty awful. Even for MTV.

"Miracle Detectives" on OWN

"Primetime: Extreme Weight Loss" on ABC

"Toddlers and Tiaras" on TLC

"Top Chef" on Bravo

Late Night Listings

"The Late Show with David Letterman" on CBS featuring Jennifer Connelly, Dr. Mehmet Oz, and Justin Townes Earle

"The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" on NBC featuring Jamie Foxx and Leighton Meester

"Jimmy Kimmel Live" on ANC featuring Simon Baker, Snooki, and Lloyd Banks

"The Late Show with Craig Ferguson" on CBS featuring Henry Winkler and Paula Deen

"Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" on NBC featuring Tim McGraw, Emmy Rossum, and the Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger

"The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" on Comedy Central featuring Jimmy Wales

"The Colbert Report" on Comedy Central featuring Atul Gawande
