I Got You Whatever Was Left. Happy Freaking Holidays.
Saturday is Christmas so I hope everyone out there at least has an idea of what they’re doing for the holidays since the chances to get it done are rapidly disappearing. Most websites have helpful guides up to when you need to order things to get them in time for Christmas, but at this point it seems a far better idea to go with gift certificates or donations to charity, since the stores are probably unforgiving hellholes. With that cheerful thought, here’s your Tuesday night TV:
8:00pm: “Minute to Win It” on NBC
“Modern Marvels” on History
“Skating With the Stars” on ABC. First season finale. A lot of you know that I’m a huge Johnny Weir fan and he’s been talking about this show a lot on his Twitter but I just can’t do it. Sorry, Johnny, it’s not you, it’s the other awful “celebrities”.
9:00pm: “Billy the Exterminator: Best of Billy” on A&E
“Cupcake Wars” on Food Network
“Dirty Jobs” on Discovery. The episode title is “Dirty Conversations” which, it can’t be what it sounds like, can it?
“Independent Lens: The Calling” on PBS
“Million Dollar Money Drop” on Fox
“Ramsay’s Best Restaurant” on BBCA
“WWE Smackdown” on USA
10:00pm: “16 and Pregnant” on MTV. Second season finale.
“Auction Hunters” on SpikeTV. First season finale.
“Auction Kings” on Discovery
“Gordon Ramsay’s Ultimate Christmas” on BBCA
“E! True Hollywood Story: Sarah, Duchess of York” on E
“The Fashion Show” on Bravo
“Glory Daze” on TBS. I haven’t watched this, but the commercials make it look like someone tried to make a TV series that was half “American Pie” and half “Animal House”, is that about right?
Late Night Listings
“The Late Show with David Letterman” on CBS featuring Jamie Foxx and Sofia Vergara
“The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” on NBC featuring Emma Stone, Marjorie Johnson, and Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings
“The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson” on CBS featuring Jan Fonda
“Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” on NBC featuring Jack Black and Stephen Dorff
“Chelsea Lately” on E featuring Reese Witherspoon, Jo Koy, Chris Franjola, and Chris Hardwick
“Conan” on TBS featuring Kevin Spacey, Kristen Schaal, and Los Lobos
