I'm Not Sure Why This Picture Exists, But I Think It's Hilarious

I had a great weekend (aside from the ‘Canes losing in overtime to Clemson because that was just ridiculous) and I hope everyone else out there in Pajiba-land did too! Tonight’s TV selections skew heavily towards sports so I hope all you jocks out there are happy. Here’s your Sunday lineup:

7:00pm: “America’s Funniest Home Videos” on ABC.

“Football Night in America” on NBC.

8:00pm: “The Amazing Race” on CBS. My grandma loves this show and loves to think up combinations of her grandchildren that would do well on it. Since there’s 13 of us, she’s got plenty of options.

Nature: “Cloud: Challenge of the Stallions” on PBS. I have no clue what it is, but the title is maddeningly enigmatic. It’s like short form poetry.

8:15pm: “Sunday Night Football: Arizona Cardinals vs. New York Giants” on NBC.

8:20pm: ALCS Game #6: Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim (really?) vs. New York Yankees on FOX.

9:00pm: “Curb Your Enthusiasm” on HBO.

“Desperate Housewives” on ABC.

“Dexter” on Showtime.

“Three Rivers” on CBS.

“Tool Academy” on VH1.

9:30pm: “Bored to Death” on HBO.

10:00pm: “Californication” on Showtime.

“Mad Men” on AMC.

“Life After: Bel Biv Devoe” on something called TV One.

“Brothers and Sisters” on ABC.

12:00am: “The Venture Brothers” on Adult Swim.

Lo, the prophet spoke of the coming of the Great Space Football, when the universe itself would go into Eternal Overtime...

I'm going out of my mind trying to figure out what's going to happen on Dexter tonight.

No mention of "Endgame" on PBS (at 9 p.m. here).

Eli Manning continues to overcompensate for looking and sounding like a total tool by looking and sounding like a total tool IN SPACE!

I'm still pissed about that fucking Super Bowl.

Is that light behind him from a jet propulsion system located in his bum? Eli Manning: One Giant Leap Space-squid.

The “Cloud: Challenge of the Stallions thing is part 3 of a series of documentaries about the life and times of a mustang who inhabits a range in the Rockies. It is really a good nature documentary if you like that sort of thing. I saw the first one, and it was very nicely done.

Intern Rusty- I think I love you.

OK, just watched my DVR'd Dollhouse and I'm confused.

That was a damn good episode. Why is this show SO uneven.

Posted by: Drake at October 26, 2009 1:18 AM

It was good because it wasn't centered around Echo, Drake. You'd think they'd get the hint by now.

Posted by: jM at October 26, 2009 1:44 AM

Dollhouse will be a distant memory by next year and the Whedon fanboys will have something to bitch about for the next four years. Or until his next seriously flawed series comes into production.

No Castle?

Posted by: FabMax at October 26, 2009 11:01 AM

jM, I do believe you are correct.
